IT is fundamental to how every business operates. Most jobs will now have an element of IT in some form, whether it is using word processor to produce a letter, creating a spreadsheet to calculate costs, using a check-out or troubleshooting IT problems. An employee with well developed IT user skills is invaluable to an employer. As a level 3 apprentice you would take on a role with some supervisory responsibilities giving you the opportunity be an independent thinker. A fully completed Advanced Apprenticeship allows access onto Higher Education to study a Foundation or Higher Degree.
