There are many opportunities for employment in traditional travel industry roles such as travel agents, airline cabin crew or overseas representatives, but Travel and Tourism is the world’s largest and fastest growing industry and also offers a vast range of other jobs in airports, visitor attractions, leisure centres, coach companies, hotels and more! This course will introduce you to the many different aspects of the Travel and Tourism industry and give you sound skills to help start you on your career. A range of visits and residentials are also planned throughout the academic year. Examples of day visits include visits to major visitor attractions such as Blackpool Pleasure Beach and Alton Towers. Overnight residential include trips to Amsterdam, which include visiting major attractions such as Anne Franks House.
