The Parts Department involves working with customers, making and taking telephone calls and dealing with other car dealerships. It includes stocktaking, stock control, dealing with returns and the identification, location, ordering and securing of car parts. The programme consists of the NVQ at Level 3 and Communcations, Application of Number and IT Key Skills at Level 2. You will also complete an industry technical certificate.
