This NVQ award is designed to reflect the competencies of staff that have the scope to bring about permanent improvements to service delivery to benefit customers and the organisation for which they work, although they may not necessarily have direct line management responsibility. Your assessor will help you to build a portfolio of evidence to meet the specified requirements. Apprenticeships Apprenticeships are available for 16 – 18, 19 – 24 and 25 plus. To be eligible for an apprenticeship you are required to work 16 hours per week. BHP Training may be able to help you with a work placement if you are not currently working. Your qualification will exist with NVQ diploma, Functional Skills at the appropriate level and Employment Certificate.
