EDI Level 3 Diploma in Retail (Sales Professional)

This qualification will allow candidates to apply knowledge, understanding and skills to a level recognised by employers, thus proving competency in their job role. This qualification has been designed for department, section and team leaders, specialist sales advisors, owners/managers. This qualification has been specifically desgined for the Sales Professional. Candidates must successfully achieve forty credits. A minimum of twenty four credits must be at level 3, of which nine credits will come from the mandatory unit E8. The remaining credits may be taken from the optional units at levels 2 or 3. Progression can be made from the level 3 Diploma in Retail Skills (Sales Professional) to the Level 3 Diploma in Retail Skills (Visual Merchandiser) or (Management). If undertaken as an NVQ only (such as through Train to Gain) then the approximate duration is 11 months. If undertaken as part of an apprenticeship the approximate duration is 14 months.
