The aim of the qualification is to contribute to the skills, knowledge and overall performance of Management and Leadership. It provides insight into the principles and processes of Management and Leadership and will aid career progression. The NVQ is designed for those people who: * Are entering a management role, or who wish to gain a qualification that formally recognises their skills * Manage a team and are responsible for it’s performance * Are middle managers with a wider managerial role, which could include recruitment and budgetary responsibilities.
