This qualification is designed to reflect the work of senior administration staff across a wide range of industries and types of organisations and is for those who are working with a high degree of autonomy and personal responsibility. It is aimed at candidates who are involved in developing, implementing and maintaining administrative services for customers and clients. If undertaken as an NVQ only (such as through train to gain) the programme will last approximately 11 months. If undertaken as part of an advanced apprenticeship, the timescale will be approximately 12 months. The programme is made up of mandatory and optional units.
