IT USERS level 2 The ITQs in INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY You will be using some of the latest IBM®/compatible hardware and software, using Windows®XP/Vista/7 operating systems. MouseITQs may be accumulated by flexible routes although not all routes are possible. Each ITQ is made up of units. Each unit may be counted as a separate qualification, sufficient units combining to make an ITQ. Full credit will be given for evidence of existing competence: there are no formal entry requirements and no mandatory time limits. The level 3 ITQs should only be tackled by well motivated trainees with good communication skills and competent at the next level down.
