OCR Level 2 NVQ in Business and Administration

This qualification is designed for those who are working with some autonomy and personal responsibility. It is aimed at candidates who work as part of a team and ensure the provision of information and resources to ohers. From 1st August 2010 this qualification will be available as an e-nvq. Candidates will put together a portfolio of evidence that includes 2 mandatory units (carry out your responsibilities at work and work within your business environment) and 3 optional units from topics such as manage diary systems, deal with visitors, store,retrieve and archive information and using a telephone system.
