This is a roll on - roll off course, usually provided as part of an apprenticeship. In some circumstances it may be delivered as part of the Train to Gain programme or as a stand alone qualification. This programme is designed for 16-24 year old apprentices already working at Level 2. The course is aimed to increase knowledge and skills for the candidate to work at a supervisory level, and links with the new Technical Certificate Diploma at Level 3.
