The Intermediate Apprenticeship includes the Level 2 Diploma for IT User Skills (ITQ), Functional Skills Level 1 in Application of Number, Communication and ICT, Employment Responsibilities & Rights and Personal Learning & Thinking Skills. You will work in the workplace 4 days a week and attend out training centre 1 day a week to work towards these qualifications (we may be able to put alternative arrangements in place if you are unable to have day release). You will also be visited in the workplace by your assessor on a regular basis.
