The Advanced Apprenticeship in Engineering Manufacture includes a Level 3 NVQ Extended Diploma, Technical Certificate Level 3, Functional Skills Level 2 in Application of Number, Communication and ICT, Employment Responsibilities & Rights and Personal Learning & Thinking Skills. The NVQ and Technical Certificate Title will depend on the type of area you are working in (e.g Fabrication & Welding, Mechanical, Electrical etc, this will be agreed at the start of your programme). You will work in the workplace 4 days a week and attend our centre 1 day per week to work towards these qualifications. You will also be visited in the workplace by your assessor on a regular basis.
