Customer Service Level 2. This qualification is ideal for those individuals working in a customer service environment or job role The Customer Service QCF supports employers' needs for high levels of customer service skills within a wide range of organisations. Customer service skills are transferable across sectors and can be applied to many job roles. This qualification is primarily aimed at individuals whose job role is dedicated to customer service as an occupation, for example learners may be Customer Service Trainees, Assistants and representatives/Agents, whilst level 3 learners may be Customer Relationship Managers, Co-ordinators and Team Leaders.
