The Retail Skills certificate at Levels 2 is designed to provide you with the knowledge, skills and understanding you require to carry out your job role and to support future progression within the sector. Intermediate Level apprentices may train as Sales Assistants, Customer Service Assistants and Stockroom Assistants as well as more specialist roles such as Beauty Consultants.
