QCF in Team Leading at Level 2

The Team Leading qualification is ideal for those employees who are in team leader or supervisory positions or those making their first steps onto the management ladder. This qualification is designed to meet the skills needs of employers of all sizes across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. This qualification will support individuals who work in job roles such as team/section leaders, floor managers, helpdesk managers and trainee supervisors. Learners undertalking a QCF level 3 or Advanced Apprenticeship will work in job roles such as first line, section, assistant or trainee managers, senior supervisors and junior non-commissioned officers (armed forces). Those undertaking the Higher Apprenticeship will work in job roles such as managers, senior managers, directors and heads of department.
