The Business Professional suite is a flexible, credit-based qualification, allowing learners to tailor units to suit their current business or personal needs. The suite consists of an Award, Certificate and Diploma at levels one, two and three. The Text Production unit is a mandatory core unit at all levels. To gain either the Certificate or Diploma, learners will be able to access some units from other levels and areas. This will ensure that the qualifications achieved will target not only individual requirements, but wider professional business needs.
