Students attend trainging one day per week. Both practical aspects and underpinning knowledge of CYPW are taught using a variety of teaching methods: - Class Based Sessions - Role-play - Demonstrations - Professional Discussions - Observations - Interactive knowledge checks Students are required to demonstrate both knowledge and competence to their assessor through a variety of assessment methods. Assessments and observations take place in the workplace. These are arranged by our assessors.
