Training for all Apprentices will be work-based in a commercial salon. Apprentices will complete the City & Guilds NVQ Level 2 in Hairdressing covering a range of practical and theoretical knowledge to prepare Apprentices for entry into the hairdressing industry.Unlike colleges and other training providers we will be operating a number of courses throughout the year, not just September, with training and assessments carried out at salons in Portsmouth, Fareham, Southampton, Woking and surrounding areas. We will accommodate all training and assessments which will be carried out in your salon in the Hampshire, West Sussex and Surrey areas. MITSkills offer industry specific training to employers, schools and young adults. Delivering apprenticeship training on behalf of the government bodies in employer premises and in Motor Industry Training training centres.
