The BA (Hons) Youth and Community Work is built on a strong commitment to furthering equality of opportunity and anti-oppressive practice and outcomes, both for students themselves and for the people with whom they work during their studies and in the longer term. The primary orientation of the modules and the emphasis placed on their length reflect the importance of these elements to our College. Youth and community work is identified essentially as an educational activity and the approach is founded on the principles, values and ethics of the profession, with an eperiential learning environment.
