On commencement of the Advanced Apprenticeship (mandatory) or Apprenticeship programme (optional) learners receive a comprehensive induction to key skills. Learners complete initial and diagnostic assessments then complete key skills at appropriate level to meet their initial assessments needs. Developing and practising key skills helps learners to build employability skills that the employers value in their workforce.
