You will be training as a field technician providing Instalation and repair services to our residential customer base. You will study towards a level 2 certificate in IT and telecomunication principles and a Diploma in ICT Professional competence. The course will involve a combination of instructor led sessions and field based mentoring as you work towards becoming a solo working technician.
