The purpose built animal unit houses over 200 animals of 61 species together with additional outdoor areas including an aviary, tortoise enclosure, goat & donkey paddocks & koi pond. Year 1 Modules include Animal Nutrition, Animal Biology, Wildlife Rehabilitation & Exotic Animal Management. Year 2 modules include Kennel & Management, Animal Breeding & Genetics, Animal Anatomy & Physiology. Work experience module over both years of at least 300 hours.
