Apprenticeship in Contact Centre Operations Level 2

The Skills for Work Contact Centre apprenticeship is designed for people who are working in occupations that require interaction with customers via electronic methods. You will need to be working in a company whose main business is a Contact Centre or in a Contact Centre Department in another business area. They are work-orientated qualifications and to achieve them you will need the opportunity to demonstrate your competence within your work role.

Name: Apprenticeship in Contact Centre Operations Level 2 Qualification title: NVQ in Contact Centre Operations Qualification type: Assessment Assessment takes place through evaluation of workplace performance, presenting evidence, witness testimony and questioining. You will need to produce a portfolio of evidence which demonstrates that you can perform to the level described. A Qualified Assessor will support you through the course.
