The course is aimed at teaching the basic techniques used in sugar paste work including: * coating * crimping * embossing * Garratt frills * marzipan cut-out-work * royal icing including: * linework * lettering * borders * templates * simple run-outs You will be taught through a series of demonstrations and hands-on experience which is classroom based with a lecturer on hand in case of difficulties.
