An Apprenticeship is a Framework of Qualifications, which backs up your experience you will also gain transferable skills and a recognised qualification The Customer Service Apprenticeship covers all aspects of the a customer Service role. All these areas are taught to you, and reinforced by the hands on experience you gain in your day-to-day job role. The Apprenticeship will consist of: National Vocational Qualification Technical Certificate Functional Skills in Maths, English, and ICT. In addition to learning new skills in the work place, you will gain a Nationally Recognised Qualification, which will benefit you within your organisation or in future career prospect. The Apprenticeship can be done by portfolio or e-portfolio; the e-portfolio is ideal as it is all done electronically which means you have 24 hour accesses to your portfolio, no appointment times needed, check progression any time, you have instant responses from your tutor and NO PAPER. Your tutor’s will guide you throughout your apprenticeship, ensuring that you meet targets and actions set and also to confirm evidence to provide competency. Regular feedback will be given on your progression and assessment will take place within your place of work. You will be assessed by a number of different methods, these assessment methods are varied to meet your individual needs i.e. Observations, Question and answer, assigments. ect. You will be given a Individual Leaning Plan which will specify targets and time scales of achievement, and will be reviewed monthly to ensure targets are met and to identify any support that may be required After completion of level 2, you may have the opportunity to progress to a level 3.
