The course is delivered at employer's premises on a one-to-one basis. Learners must be in a retail environment which will help to generate the performance evidence required to achieve the qualification. The course includes: Working effectively in a Retail team; Helping customers to choose products; Providing information and advice to customers; Receiving goods and materials, including storage; stock control. Approximate course duration is 12 to 13 months dependant upon learner's learning rate and speed in which the learner completes required work.
