The course is delivered at employers premises on a one-to-one basis. Learners must be in a 'customer-facing' role and have some supervisory capacity. This will help you to generate the evidence required to achieve the qualification. The course includes: Understanding Customer Service to improve service delivery; Regulations and legislation relating to Customer Service; Personalising Customer Service; Giving added value; organising the delivery of reliable Customer Service; Improving customer relationships; Monitoring and solving Customer Service problems. Approximate course duration is 13 to 15 months depndant upon the learner's learning rate and speed in which the learner completes required work.
