The course is delivered at employers premises on a one-to-one basis. Learners must be in a 'customer-facing' role which will help to generate the performance evidence required to achieve the qualification. The course includes: Preparing to deliver good customer service (including products and service and your organisation's customers and reputation); the rules and regulations surrounding customer service; recognising customer traits and actions; dealing with customers face-to-face or using different communication methods; systems and procedures; dealing with problems and queries. Approximate course duration is 12 - 13 months dependant upon the learner's learning rate and speed in which the learner completes the required work.
