This is a work based Apprenticeship, there will be practical observations along with knowledge assignments completed via an online portfolio. Course consists of the following components: L2 NVQ Diploma in Hospitality Certificate in Hospitality & Catering Principles L2 English Functional Skills L1 or L2 Maths Functional Skills L1 or L2 All components are certified by Edexcel and you will also receive a full framework certificate. This course is aimed at staff working in the kitchen or as host / hostess, but not yet ready to move on to full time cooking.
