The dynamism, upheavals and political experiments of the Twentieth Century have moulded our world. The controversies of the Nazi regime and the Bolshevik state form the basis of this course. The three proposed units are: Rise of National Socialism in Germany to 1933 Triumph of Bolshevism: Russia 1918-1929 Life in Hitler's Germany 1933-1939 We all have our own ideas on Hitler and Fascism, on the Bolsheviks and Communism - come along and get the opportunity to express those views.
