The Level 3 offers learners the opportunity to work with adult clients across all age groups to provide basic nursing and social care but gaining more experience and knowledge enabling the practice of more specialised care such as: • Administration of medication • Monitoring blood pressure, pulse and temperature • Taking capillary blood samples • PEG feeds • Care planning and reviews • Team leadership • Assisting registered nurses, GP's and other professionals such as physiotherapists
