This course aims to provide candidates with an understanding and awareness regarding the issues surrounding the Protection of Vulnerable AdultsThe course covers definitions, key components of the adult protection policy, responsibilities, categories and indicators of abuse, disclosure, report writing. The 4 hour course is designed to be delivered to groups of up to 15 learners at a time and venue to suit each client. The courses are usually delivered in the candidates workplace and dependent on practical involvement last for approximately 4 hours. Our courses are specifically designed to help care providers meet their statutory and additional traiing requirements.
