Nutrition for the Elderly

This course provides participants with an understanding of what is neede to provide good nutrition care. It covers nutrition, nutritional assessment and monitoring, managing weightloss and gain, textured foods and differeing needs, paperwork and communication. It also includes the use of the M.U.S.T tool and supplementation and fortification.
