The course is designed for individuals who are employed and, as part of their job role, work in a designated customer service department, provide a service to customers with the ability to solve problems, and suggest and implement changes to improve customer service. Mandatory units: understanding customer service to improve service delivery and; know the rules to follow when developing customer service.
