This course aims to develop and recognise students’ ability to apply their skills in ways that are appropriate to different contexts. Students can improve their quality of learning and performance. You will be required to undertake the Intermediate Apprenticeship in IT Application Specialist, which includes: Level 2 Diploma in IT User Skills (ITQ), Functional Skills in Mathematics and English at Level 1 and Information and Communications Technology (ICT) at Level 2, Employment Rights and Responsibilities and Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (these are embedded throughout the apprenticeship). Name: Intermediate Apprenticeship for IT Application Specialist Qualification title: Diploma in IT User Skills (ITQ) (QCF) Qualification type: Assessment Learner will build a portfolio of evidence using an e-portfolio to prove their competence. Learners will be visited by an Assessor within their place of work every 8-10 weeks. Learners will also work towards Functional Skills in Maths at Level 1, English at Level 1, and Information and Communication Technology at Level 1, Personal Learning and Thinking Skills and Employment Rights and Responsibilities. Entry requirements

Learners will produce an e-portfolio of evidence. The assessor has access to a tablet which they will use at assessment visits to upload and assess work and in between visits.
