Business Administration is an integral part of any organisation to function effectively, as it optimises productivity and improves the overall efficiency of the organisation. Taking the Business Administrative Apprentice enables you to, developing the suitable functions required to maintain, or even improve the administrative workforce. The Apprenticeship covers all aspects of the administrative role. All these areas are taught to you and reinforced by the hands on experience you gain in your day-to-day job role. The Apprenticeship will consist of: National Vocational Qualification Technical Certificate Functional Skills in Maths, English, and ICT. And in addition to learning new skills in the work place, you will gain a nationally recognised qualification, which will benefit you within your organisation or with future career prospects. The Apprenticeship can be done by portfolio or e-portfolio; the e-portfolio is ideal as it is all done electronically which means you have 24 hour accesses to your portfolio, no appointment times needed, check progression any time, you have instant responses from your tutor and NO PAPER. Your tutor will guide you throughout your apprenticeship, ensuring that you meet targets and actions set and to confirm evidence to provide competency. Regular feedback will be given on your progression and assessment will take place within your place of work. You will be assessed by a number of different methods, these assessment methods and are varied to meet your individual needs.
