The OCR Level 3 NVQ Customer Service Advanced Apprenticeship, is primarily aimed at candidates who undertake a customer service role and recognise that employment in the customer service sector involves a diverse range of functions, tasks and activities that are constantly developing and changing.

Name: Advanced Apprenticeship in Customer Service Qualification title: Diploma in Customer Service (QCF) Qualification type: Apprenticeship Assessment Before you begin this qualification, you will take part in some form of initial assessment - these determine your starting point. If you do not hold any qualifications in Maths, English and ICT which exempt you from the functional skills, training towards these will be arranged. Assessment of your competency in these areas is assessed through functional skills exams.
