Course Content includes exploring good practice in coaching and mentoring, outlining values and standards in coaching and mentoring, building relationships and commitment, developing questioning and listening skills, discussing the organisational implications of coaching and mentoring, agreeing development goals, planning a coaching or mentoring programme, undertaking a practical programme of coaching or mentoring, reflecting on own practice.
