Hospitality Management Levels 4 and 5 Foundation Degree (MMU)

This course deals with personal and academic development, business accounting, facilities management, food hygiene management, food and beverage studies, the hospitality industry at level 4; business planning, services marketing and operations management, human resources management, hospitality and event project management at Level 5. Participants can progress onto employment within the Hospitality industry, or progress to the 3rd year of BSc Hospitality Management degree at MMU, or another Higher Education provider.
