This course will provide essential knowledge and understanding of the health and safety for employees working in any sector of business. It covers topics which include: legislation, accident prevention, electricity safety, fire prevention, working at height, welfare, the workplace and workplace equipment, risk assessment, manual handling, hazardous substances etc. Participants can progress onto further Health and Safety Award for Supervisors at Level 3 CIEH.
