This qualification is ideal for those learners who have a desire to work within the Beauty Therapy industry immediately but also wish to continue their study. An Intermediate Apprenticeship in Beauty Therapy allows you to work in a salon or spa as well as studying Beauty Therapy at Level 2. The Level 2 qualification teaches you the basic and essential beauty therapy skills required for work in a beauty salon and broadens your knowledge of the realistic world of work within beauty therapy. Whilst studying for this qualification a minimum of part-time employment within a Beauty Salon/Spa is mandatory along with attendance in college for one day per week. The college may be able to support you in finding suitable employment.
