Name: Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Professional Cookery Qualification title: NVQ Diploma in Hospitality Services (QCF) Qualification type: Assessment To gain the full qualification you must complete all fourteen units. You will be assessed by observation, questioning and products of work. The assessment takes place over a period of time and is based on the individual’s competence. You will build up a portfolio of work to support your learning. You will be formally assessed during your work in the college kitchen.
