This course is aimed at school leavers and people not already working in the sector and who are considering making a career in wood occupations. The programme includes both classroom and workshop content, with approximately equal emphasis on both forms of learning. Successful completion of this course is one of the entry requirements for progression onto the Level 2 Diploma in Site Carpentry. Course Content The following units are all mandatory and provide a good foundation for anyone working in the field of Wood Occupations. Teaching will be split between theory and practical: 1.
